What are the problems to be considered when selecting the cantilever crane?
Cantilever crane is a light working strength crane,which is composed of column,slewing drive device of slewing arm and electric hoist.It has light deadweight,large span,large lifting capacity,and is economical and durable.
Cantilever crane and electric chain hoist with high reliability are especially suitable for short distance,frequent use and intensive lifting operations.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,trouble saving,small footprint,easy operation and maintenance.
Mobile cantilever crane is more flexible,flexible and adaptable.It is a necessary independent emergency hoisting equipment for efficient automatic production line.With it,the production line can be kept unblocked.
The selection of cantilever crane mainly considers the following three issues:mechanical mobility,stability and requirements for low specific pressure on the ground,whether it is appropriate to adopt truss arm type(mechanical transmission)or box type telescopic arm type(hydraulic transmission)cantilever crane,and whether it is a professional cantilever crane.
1.For material loading and unloading,sporadic hoisting and construction operations requiring quick mobilization,it is more appropriate to select truck mounted cantilever cranes.It is more advantageous to use hydraulic truck mounted cantilever cranes with retractable booms and outriggers;For those who must extend the telescopic boom into the window or hole for operation,the hydraulic truck cantilever crane is the most ideal lifting machine.
2.When the hoisting project requires large lifting capacity,high installation height and large amplitude change,crawler type or tire type cantilever crane can be selected according to the existing mechanical conditions.If the ground is soft and the driving conditions are poor,the crawler type cantilever crane is the most appropriate;If the ground within the scope of work is not allowed to be damaged,it is better to use the tire type cantilever crane.
3.When the construction conditions are limited and the cantilever crane is required to travel with heavy lifting(it is dangerous to travel with heavy lifting,and if the crane has to be operated,the lifting weight shall comply with the provisions of the machine's operating instructions),the crawler type or tire type cantilever crane can be selected.The wheeled cantilever crane has good maneuverability;Crawler type cantilever crane has high stability when traveling.
4.Professional cantilever crane shall be selected as far as possible for professional operation.For short distance handling of sporadic goods,truck mounted cantilever crane(YD type)can be used.It was originally required to lift and transport two machines,but now it can be completed by one.
5.Try to choose a multi-purpose,efficient and energy-saving cantilever crane product.If the construction site needs both self hoisting and tower cantilever crane,it should choose a self propelled tower cantilever crane that provides lifting to save the number of machines.
