Use of Industrial mechanical arm
Mechanical arm is a kind of mechanical auxiliary tool in industrial machine life,which is usually programmable and has similar functions with human arm;The arm can be the sum of mechanisms or part of a more complex robot.The connecting rod of the manipulator is connected through a joint,allowing rotary motion or translational displacement.The links of a manipulator can be considered as forming a kinematic chain.The end of the manipulator kinematic chain is called the end effector,which is similar to the human hand.
The versatility of robots makes them an excellent choice for many applications,regardless of the industry.They strike a good balance between speed,payload capacity,reach and accuracy.This enables them to carry out many tasks effectively.These capabilities also give manufacturers the flexibility to reuse these robots in different applications beyond their original intent.This may be more difficult for other robot types.The flexibility given by the mechanical arm is undoubtedly the added value of this robot type.
Mechanical arm is one of the main parts of industrial robots,sometimes called robot manipulator.A mechanical arm is a programmable mechanical device connected by joints or axes,which allows rotation or linear motion.The robot arm is responsible for moving and controlling the end effectors to complete specific applications.
Use of industrial manipulator:
1.Handling mechanical arm.The robot arm has a wide range of applications,and generally only needs point to point control.In other words,there is no strict motion track requirement for the conveying parts,only the correct position and posture of the starting point and the end point are required.For example,the upper and lower loaders used in machine tools,workpiece loading robots,machines used in injection molding units,etc.
2.Spray the mechanical arm.The robot arm is mostly used in the painting production line,and the requirements for the repetitive posture accuracy are not high.However,as the fog is easy to burn,it is generally driven by hydraulic or AC servo motor.
3.Welding mechanical arm.This is the most used mechanical arm at present,which can be divided into spot welding and arc welding.When it comes to spot welding robots,which are heavily loaded,many people will think of humanoid machines with hands and feet.This kind of robot often appears in science fiction movies,entertainment places,exhibitions and toy stores,which is quite different from industrial robots.Industrial robots,referred to as IR for short,are mostly simple operating equipment,sometimes called mechanical arms,such as simple lifting and lowering actions,entering and exiting workpieces in machinery,etc.
4.Assemble the mechanical arm.This mechanical arm has high pose accuracy,and the wrist needs great flexibility.Now it is mainly used for the assembly of mechanical and electrical products.
5.Special mechanical arm.For example,the medical care robot arm,the cosmic robot arm,the detection robot arm,and the danger elimination robot arm also have higher requirements for the special robot arm than others.
