The system composition of the power manipulator
Power manipulator, also known as manipulator, balance crane, balance booster, manual load machine (the above statement is not professional but has been popular in China), is a novel, used for material handling and installation of labor-saving operation power equipment. It skillfully applies the principle of force balance, so that the operator can push and pull the weight accordingly, and balance the movement and positioning in space. The weight forms a floating state when lifting or falling, and the zero operating force is guaranteed by the air passage (the actual situation is that the operating force is less than 3kg as the judgment standard due to the processing technology and design cost control). The operating force is affected by the weight of the workpiece. The operator can correctly place the weight anywhere in the space by pushing and pulling the weight with his or her hands without the need for skilled point-and-move operation.
System composition
A complete set of power manipulator equipment is mainly composed of three parts: balance hanging host, grasping fixture (or manipulator) and installation structure.
The main engine is the main device to realize the floating state of material (or workpiece) in the air without gravity. Manipulator is to realize the workpiece grasp, and complete the user's corresponding handling and assembly requirements of the device. The installation structure is a mechanism to support the whole equipment according to the requirements of the customer service area and site conditions.
Application
Due to the characteristics of gravity free, accurate and intuitive, easy to operate, safe and efficient, "balance crane" is widely used in modern industry, material load shifting, high frequency handling, accurate positioning, component assembly and other occasions.
