Maintenance of cantilever crane
Cantilever crane belongs to material handling equipment and is a light crane.Proper maintenance will prolong the service life of electric cantilever crane and ensure construction safety.In the work of cantilever crane,regular inspection is required.What can be checked to make it work better?Remember the maintenance work.
(1)Grinding:namely running in
This is the basis for prolonging the service life of the cantilever crane.Whether it is a new unused engine or an overhauled engine,it can only be put into normal operation after running in according to the regulations.
(2)Inspection:frequently check the fastened parts
The adjusting bolts of each part shall be checked to avoid damage to the machine body due to looseness during operation.This is because during the use of the engine,the cantilever crane will be affected by vibration impact and uneven load,and the bolts and nuts are relatively easy to loosen.
(3)Foot:oil foot,water foot,air foot
If the oil supply is insufficient or interrupted,it will lead to poor lubrication of the engine,serious wear of the engine body and even the phenomenon of bush burning.If the cooling water is insufficient,the machine temperature will be too high,the power will be reduced,the wear will be aggravated,and the service life will be reduced.If the supply of diesel,gasoline and air is not timely or interrupted,there will be difficulties in starting,poor combustion,power reduction,and the cantilever crane engine can not operate normally.
(4)Tune
In order to ensure that the cantilever crane engine is always in good technical condition,the valve clearance,valve timing,fuel injection advance angle,fuel injection pressure and ignition timing of the diesel or gasoline engine should be checked and adjusted in time to save fuel and prolong the service life.
(5)Purification:oil purification,water purification,gas purification and body purification
Diesel oil and gasoline are the main fuels of the cantilever crane engine.If diesel oil and gasoline are impure,the precise mating body will be worn,and the gap between mating will increase,resulting in oil leakage,oil dripping,reduced oil supply pressure,and larger gap,which may even cause serious failures such as blockage of the oil circuit and burning of the bearing bush.If the cooling water is not pure,it will block the cooling system scale,hinder the normal engine heat dissipation of the cantilever crane,worsen the lubrication conditions,and cause serious wear of the engine body.If there is a lot of dust in the air,the wear between the cylinder liner,piston and piston ring will be accelerated.If the body surface is not clean,the surface will be corroded and the service life will be shortened.
(6)Use:correct use of cantilever crane engine
At ordinary times,the engine shall be maintained regularly to keep the cantilever crane engine running in good condition.Frequent observation and inspection shall also be carried out.If any fault is found,it shall be eliminated in time.Before the traveling of the cantilever crane,lubricating parts such as bearing pads shall be lubricated.After starting,it shall not be put into operation until the water temperature reaches 40-50℃.Overload or low-speed operation for a long time is strictly prohibited.Remember to unload the load and reduce the speed before shutdown.After stopping in winter,drain the cooling water when the water temperature drops to 40℃-50℃,except for the engine filled with antifreeze.
