Introduction of casting manipulator

The casting manipulator comprises a first mechanical arm,a second mechanical arm and a mounting frame.The articulated ends of the first mechanical arm and the upper part of the second mechanical arm are hinged with each other.The mounting end on the other side of the first mechanical arm is connected to the mounting frame by rotating up and down.The mounting frame is provided with a hydraulic cylinder for driving the rotation of the first mechanical arm.The mounting frame is provided with a driving motor for driving the horizontal rotation of the mounting frame,The free end on the other side of the second mechanical arm is rotationally connected with a goggles.A positioning disk is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the goggles.A rotating shaft is arranged on the positioning disk.The outer end of the rotating shaft is provided with a clamp for fixing the casting container,and the inner end of the rotating shaft is provided with a control handle.
Several types of casting manipulators:
The suspension type movable casting manipulator can be suspended under the traveling beam or under the specially built steel frame track.Through remote control,the casting manipulator can move back and forth or left and right to cover the casting area.
The track mobile casting manipulator can move on the track laid on the ground,with or without power.It can cover a narrow and long casting area and take into account multiple groups of smelting furnaces.
