Installation method of cantilever crane
The cantilever crane is composed of column, slewing arm, cantilever drive device and electric hoist. The base at the lower end of the column is fixed on the concrete foundation through the anchor bolts, and the motor drives the reducer drive device to rotate the cantilever, and the electric hoist runs back and forth on the cantilever I-beam.Cantilever crane can help you shorten production preparation and non productive working time, and reduce unnecessary waiting.
Cantilever crane is suitable for short distance mobile hoisting operations, mainly used for lifting, carrying, loading and unloading heavy objects, warehouses and other places, with simple operation and wide application.
Installation method of cantilever crane:
During the installation of the cantilever crane, place the column on the flat foundation, align the prefabricated bolt with the hole on the cantilever crane chassis, screw the nut,and then conduct vertical adjustment of the column. After adjustment, tighten the nut and lock nut. Before the installation of the beam, install the electric hoist on the beam and fix it,then install the roller cover at the end of the beam strut, and then hoist it.During the installation of the beam, align the column shaft with the rotary table hole at the arm end,and slowly put down the roller against the circular track of the column. After all parts are in place, tighten the fixing bolts; Then install the power supply collecting ring on the shaft end protruding from the top;Use the rope to pull the beam to make it rotate for one circle. The beam shall rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormality.
The output shaft of the cycloidal pin gear reducer with motor on the cantilever has been installed.Only lift the cantilever into the spigot on the rotary table to mesh the driving gear with the big gear ring on the column and fix it on the flange plate with screws. After the electric hoist is assembled, adjust the gap of the sports car,fix it on the rotary arm I-beam,tighten the bolts, and then conduct power commissioning.
