Compact structure of hydraulic balance crane

Hydraulic balance crane is a kind of crane with translation,lifting and rotation,free movement,accurate positioning and high degree of automation,which is widely used in production.

The hydraulic balanced crane is composed of four parts:fixed column and slewing mechanism unit,coupling box unit,parallelogram connecting rod structure unit,and hydraulic grab unit.The fixed column and slewing mechanism unit are responsible for the rotation of the crane.The coupling box unit and parallelogram connecting rod combination structure unit jointly complete the translation and lifting of the crane.The hydraulic grab unit is more suitable for domestic garbage and kitchen garbage,Transportation and transfer of loose materials between processes in the field of biomass fuel treatment.

The hydraulic balance crane adopts the parallelogram connecting rod structure and is fully hydraulically driven.Therefore,compared with the mechanical balance crane,the machine is compact in structure,large in bearing capacity,small in power and high in efficiency;The four movements of translation,lifting,rotation and opening and closing of the grab are all controlled by displacement sensors,and the positioning is accurate.

The balanced crane with its"balanced gravity"makes the movement smooth,the operation labor-saving,especially suitable for the post processes with frequent handling and assembly,which can reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency.

Compared with the balanced crane with mechanical transmission,it has the following characteristics:

1.It does not need a travel switch,but uses the oil cylinder's own travel limit and is equipped with a buffer device.The piston rod moves up and down to drive the lifting motion of the boom,which is relatively stable.

2.The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety device,which can protect the crane from damage and accidents under overload conditions.

3.The hydraulic technology has changed the traditional mechanical transmission mode.
