The handling of small and heavy objects,which are not too heavy in mass production,has always been a problem for our factory.In the past,we have always relied on crane products such as cranes and electric hoists to replace them,but the shortcomings are obvious.It is difficult to achieve automatic mass production on the production line.The efficiency is low,and it is not suitable for the operation of objects.The direction of action is limited by the working environment.Therefore,in many cases,it cannot meet the production needs,so a mechanized product is urgently needed to replace it.The advent of the balanced crane has changed this situation.It is loved by factory workers.It not only helps workers save labor,but also greatly improves work efficiency and helps factories save labor costs.Up to now,the varieties of balance cranes have also met the needs of different working environments,which are roughly divided into three categories:pneumatic,hydraulic and electric balance cranes.
The balanced lifting equipment is mainly composed of three parts:host,grab fixture and suspension device.
1.The host is the main device to realize the weightless floating of materials(or workpieces)in the air,such as hoist,balancer,intelligent crane,etc.
2.Grasping fixture is a device,such as hook,suction cup,etc.,that can realize workpiece grasping and user's corresponding handling and assembly requirements.
3.Suspension device is a mechanism that supports the whole set of equipment according to the requirements of user service area and site conditions,including column,cantilever,folding arm,gas pipe,rail,etc.
Mechanical balance crane is a common type of balance crane,that is,the motor is used to lift goods with animal materials.The main machine used in general is the hoist.According to the different types of hoist,it can be divided into electric balance crane,variable frequency balance crane,servo balance crane,etc.
Pneumatic balance crane is a rapidly developing equipment in recent years.As the power source,pneumatics adsorbs materials through vacuum negative pressure,and brings animal materials up and down through air extraction and inflation.As the suction cup is more convenient and fast than the traditional fixture,and is pneumatically safe,the pneumatic balance crane is currently widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.At present,Lude Tongda has installed products nationwide,with rich industry experience.
The balance crane really belongs to the cantilever crane,because the cantilever crane has a wider classification,such as self standing,low static air,wall type,walking type,telescopic type,folding type,etc.Balanced cranes also use cantilevers for lifting and balancing.Therefore,the balanced crane can be called the cantilever crane,but the cantilever crane is not completely a balanced crane.
