Application of hydraulic balance crane
The hydraulic balanced crane is suitable for high efficiency lifting and accurate positioning and installation of heavy objects within 600 kg.It is widely used in mechanical processing workshops,medium-sized parts assembly and maintenance workshops,casting workshops and other lifting work,especially for loading and unloading of small and medium batch,multi variety production occasions and connection of special machines for flow operation,with strong versatility.The utility model has the advantages of small volume,low noise,light weight,novel and compact structure,stable and reliable use,simple maintenance,etc.It is a new product that liberates the manual labor of frequent loading and unloading.
The hydraulic balance crane consists of four main parts,namely,the body,the parallel four-bar linkage,the hydraulic system and the electrical control device.Hydraulic balance crane is composed of body,electric control device,hydraulic system and parallel four-bar linkage.The main part includes the base,rotating shaft base,body,vertical guide rail and other parts.
Compared with mechanical transmission balance crane,it has the following characteristics:
1.It does not need a stroke switch,uses the stroke limit of the oil cylinder itself,and is equipped with a buffer device.The piston rod moves up and down to drive the boom to rise and fall,and the movement is relatively stable.The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety device,which can protect the crane from damage and accidents under overload conditions.
2.The hydraulic technology has changed the traditional mechanical transmission mode.When the button is pressed,the motor stops working,and the weight can automatically and steadily drop through its own weight,thus saving energy costs.
The hydraulic balance crane can be fixed on the cement base(fixed)or on the mobile trolley(mobile).The fuselage can rotate around the rotating shaft seat within the range of 340°.The vertical guide device is fixed at the rear of the machine body,and the guide wheel of the balance mechanism moves up and down along the guide groove.The parallel four-bar linkage is composed of a lifting arm,a pull rod arm,a push rod,a connecting plate frame,a balancing weight,etc.
A pair of single row ball bearings move horizontally on the guide rail of the machine body,and the coupling plate is supported on both sides of the hinge point.Connect the rear end of the pull rod with the head of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder through the pin shaft,and conduct vertical lifting movement along the guide groove.The four link lever arm is equipped with a adjusted balance weight,which is balanced with the dead weight of the balance bar system to achieve the hook's accidental balance.The system includes gear pump,electromagnetic reversing valve,oil inlet pipe,hydraulic cylinder and other components.
