Advantages of using mechanical arm
The mechanical arm is generally composed of performance system,drive system and control system.The performance and drive system mainly plans to complete the normal functions of the arm,and the mechanical part is driven by pneumatic or motor to achieve the function of taking things.
Advantages of using mechanical arm:
1.To improve working conditions and avoid personal accidents
In the environment of high temperature,high pressure,low temperature,low pressure,dust,noise,odor,radioactive or other toxic pollution,and narrow working space,it is dangerous or impossible to operate directly by hand,but the use of mechanical arms can replace people to complete part or all of the work,so as to improve the working conditions.In some simple,repeated,especially clumsy operations,using a mechanical arm instead of a human can avoid personal accidents caused by fatigue or negligence.
2.It can reduce manpower and promote rhythmic production
Using a mechanical arm to work instead of a human is a peripheral surface that directly reduces human power,and it is also another peripheral surface that reduces human power because the mechanical arm can work continuously.Therefore,the automatic machine tools at that time generally had no mechanical arm for processing automatic lines,which could reduce manpower,control the production rhythm more effectively,and facilitate rhythmic operation and production.
3.Degree of automation
The use of mechanical arm is conducive to the automation of material transfer,workpiece loading and unloading,tool replacement and machine installation,thereby improving labor productivity and reducing production costs.All actions of the robot arm are completed under the command of the control system,especially the coordinated working contact between the robot arm and the injection molding machine,which depends on the control system.Under the command of the control system,the robot completes each action according to the predetermined process,then takes the injection molding products from the mold,sends them to the designated address or the next production process,and sprays the release agent into the mold cavity.When planning,the control system shall be determined according to the functions of the injection molding machine,the working conditions and requirements of the manipulator,the shape and weight of the product,etc.

(3)Pay attention to the operating speed of the robot arm,that is,to make the robot arm meet the requirements of short injection cycle,it is necessary to consider whether inertial impact and vibration will occur;
