Pneumatic assisted manipulator is my company independent research and development of a applied to laser cutting machine plate feeding equipment.
This machine has the characteristics of light structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, wide use, and can carry 300KG load. This product has the following features:
1: Using pneumatic power principle, only need to operate the control button can complete the handling process of the workpiece.
2: When feeding, the operator can control the movement of the workpiece in space with a small force, and can stop and move at any position
The operation process is easy, fast and coherent.
3: When the power supply suddenly disappears, the plate will remain in the original position for a period of time. Easy for operator to remove sheet.

Pneumatic rocker jib crane installation instructions
Step 1: Pour cement foundation.
First lay the cement foundation as shown in Figure 1.
Step 2: Install the circular column
Lift the circular column with a crane, adjust the position and height, and make the column base 8 circles
Align 8 bolts, then lower and lock with M20 nut (with washer) (Figure 2). Figure 3 shows the locked state.
Step 3: Install the suspension beam arm
Lift the arm of the suspension beam with a walking crane or forklift so that it is at the same level with the fixed plate of the suspension beam.
Align the thread holes of the fixed plate of the suspension beam and tighten with M12 screws. (See Figure 4).
Step 4: Install other small accessories as shown in Figure 5
Lift the arm of the suspension beam with a walking crane or forklift to make it level with the fixed plate of the suspension beam.
Align the thread holes of the fixed plate of the suspension beam and tighten with M12 screws. (See Figure 4).
