Cantilever crane structure and operation precautions are introduced

The crane's spiral arm is hollow steel structure, light weight, large span, large lifting weight, economic and durable. Built-in walking mechanism, using special engineering plastic wheel with rolling bearing, small friction, walking lightweight, small structure size, especially conducive to lifting the hook travel.
Precautions for cantilever crane operation:
1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the cantilever crane, and it is strictly prohibited to overload the use of the crane.
2. The operator should check and confirm whether the start button is in the stop state and whether all electrical and mechanical parts are safe and effective before use.
3. before lifting the workpiece, first start the empty car, so as to run without load.
First of all, the following inspection items need to be completed for cement wood imitation products:
A. Whether the button reliably controls the rise, fall and operation of the hoist;
B. Whether there are abnormal sounds and smells during operation;
4. the workpiece must be firm and stable when hanging, hanging should first click the button, pull the heavy object after lifting, see whether the hook is fastened, make the heavy object slightly off the ground, after the test and then hanging, no problem.
5. Lifting heavy objects must be lifted vertically. Oblique hanging is strictly prohibited.
6. During the whole lifting process, the lifting object shall not be passed from the head to the head, nor shall anyone be placed under the lifting object.
7. When rotating the hoist, it is not necessary to pull the hoist chain to prevent the hoisting object from losing control of inertia in the process of lifting.
8. Do not hang heavy objects in the air for a long time.
9. keep the electric control door button clean and dry, do not hold water to operate the electric control door.
10. If the operator finds any abnormal situation in the process of use, it should immediately stop and notify the maintenance personnel to find out the cause of the problem.
